How to register on Asora
Registering as a new user on Asora is a quick and secure process. This guide explains how to complete your first login and activate two-factor authentication, ensuring secure access to your data.
Who can register?

If you are the first user from your organization, you must be added by the Asora team.
-
If your organization already has a Client Admin or Family Admin, they can add you directly and assign the necessary user permissions.

-
Click the Sign in button in the email.
-
Follow the prompt to create your password.
Why this step matters: This initiates your account setup and ensures secure login access.

The mobile app is required to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in via the web.
-
Download the Asora mobile app:
-
Open the app and log in using the email and password you just created.
- When prompted, enter your mobile number, and select the correct country code from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the Verification Code sent to you via SMS.
If you do not receive the code, contact our support team at support@asora.com.
Why this step matters: Logging in on the mobile app activates two-factor authentication, which is required to verify your identity when accessing Asora from a desktop browser.

After setting up the mobile app, complete your registration on the web platform.
-
Go to app.asora.com.
-
Enter your email and password.
