How to register on Asora

Registering as a new user on Asora is a quick and secure process. This guide explains how to complete your first login and activate two-factor authentication, ensuring secure access to your data.

Who can register?

  • If you are the first user from your organization, you must be added by the Asora team.

  • If your organization already has a Client Admin or Family Admin, they can add you directly and assign the necessary user permissions.

Step-by-step process

Step 1: Set up your password

Once your user access is activated, you’ll receive an email from Asora to create your login credentials.

  1. Open the registration email from Asora.

  2. Click the Sign in button in the email.

  3. Follow the prompt to create your password.

Why this step matters: This initiates your account setup and ensures secure login access.

Step 2: Download the Asora mobile app

The mobile app is required to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in via the web.

  1. Download the Asora mobile app:

  2. Open the app and log in using the email and password you just created.

  3. When prompted, enter your mobile number, and select the correct country code from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the Verification Code sent to you via SMS.

If you do not receive the code, contact our support team at support@asora.com.

Why this step matters: Logging in on the mobile app activates two-factor authentication, which is required to verify your identity when accessing Asora from a desktop browser.

Step 3: Sign in on the Asora desktop web app

After setting up the mobile app, complete your registration on the web platform.

  1. Go to app.asora.com.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. A push notification will be sent to your mobile device.

  4. Open the Asora app and tap Verify to approve the sign-in request.

Tips & best practices

  • Always ensure your mobile device is nearby when logging in on desktop.

  • If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Use a strong password that you don’t reuse on other sites.

  • Keep your mobile app updated for optimal security performance.

  • Notify your admin or Asora support if your mobile device is lost or changed.

Once completed, your Asora account will be fully active with two-factor authentication enabled. You'll be able to securely access the platform via both desktop and mobile, with your credentials verified through the Asora app.
