NEW: Navigate Asora Faster with Our New UI Refresh

We’re excited to roll out Asora’s new UI refresh designed to save you time, reduce repetitive clicks, and make your workflows simpler. Here’s what’s new and how it benefits you:

Stay Organised with a Smarter Navigation Menu

Before:
All dashboards were listed together, and sub-dashboards appeared on a horizontal menu after clicking a main dashboard.

Now:
The menu is cleaner, with dashboards grouped by functionality:

  • Analysis: Wealth, Views, Accounting, Reports

  • Data: Connections, Reconciliation, Datahub, Documents (previously Vault)

  • Activity: Activity, Pipeline.

Sub-dashboards are now nested under their main dashboard within the left nav for quick access without page reloads. Security is now under your initials/avatar on the top right corner.

Quickly Access Your Most Used Dashboards with Shortcuts

Before:
No pinning option – you navigated manually each time.

Now:
You can pin the dashboards and sub-dashboards you use most often. These will appear as Shortcuts in the left navigation menu and remain easily accessible each time you log in.

Change Families with Ease

Before:
You switched families via the bottom left menu.

Now:
The Family Selector is at the top of the left nav menu, always visible. Click to see all families within the client. Hover to see owners and entities in each family, and pin/star favourites for quick switching.

Pin Owners and Entities You Always Need

Before:
You had to select owners and entities manually each login.

Now:
Pin the owners and entities you always want selected in Wealth (Net Worth and Wealth Map). They remain pre-selected every time you log in, saving setup time.

Always View Your Preferred Portfolios First

Before:
Views defaulted to the first portfolio alphabetically, requiring manual selection each time.

Now:
Pin your most used portfolios in Views and sub-dashboards. Each time you visit Views, it defaults to your first pinned portfolio.

Manage User Settings More Easily in the Updated Security Section

Before:
The Security section was part of the left navigation menu.

Now:
You can access Security settings by clicking your initials or avatar in the top right corner. This section allows you to manage user settings and gives you a clear overview of team logins, helping you stay on top of access and activity.
