How to import/edit assets in bulk?
To add or edit assets in bulk, you can import files into Asora with all relevant details. The following excel template can be used to import assets:
Once your excel document is populated with data, navigate to Connections > Import > Import Asset tab on Asora. In the space provided to upload your file, either drag and drop your document or select it from your system. Then, click on Import.
Once the file is imported, the system will show you a success message or an error message if there are missing/incorrect details on the file.
To create new assets, simply leave the Asset ID column in the excel template blank. The system will generate an ID once the asset is created.
To edit the details of an existing asset, add the Asset ID in the respective column on the template and populate the fields to be edited with relevant information.
