How to export transactions

On Asora, users can export transactions to an MS Excel file through two methods:

  1. Exporting via Connections

When exporting via the Connections tab, users have the flexibility to choose between two formats for the exported data: Asora Formatted File, and Source File, the latter being the original format received from the investment and banking providers.

Follow the steps shown in the video below to export transactions via Connections:

  2. Exporting via Datahub

Another option available to users is exporting transactions via the Datahub tab. This method offers enhanced flexibility, allowing you to customize the exported file according to your specific requirements. You have the ability to include or exclude specific data columns that you want to appear in the exported Excel file. Additionally, you can group the columns by various criteria, such as Accounts or Type of transactions, to organize the data effectively before exporting.
