The cash rec is a section in Asora that gives you a comprehensive reconciliation of cash balances either since inception or for a selected period. You can track cash transactions, identify discrepancies and errors, and guarantee the quality of transaction data, thus providing accurate performance and accounting analytics.
The cash rec is divided into two sub-sections:
- Overview
- The overview tab displays a list of all providers and accounts, with currencies and cash balance status.
- The Status column indicates whether there are any discrepancies between the cash balances confirmed by the provider and those calculated by Asora based on the transactions under consideration. If there are no discrepancies, the status will be 'Reconciled', if there are any discrepancies for the date range under consideration, the status will be 'Break'.

- In this section, you can select a particular provider, account, and cash balance ID to see the variance in detail.
