Wealth type is a customisable account level data field used to categorize bank and investment accounts to reflect different wealth types. The wealth type is visually visible in the Wealth tab within the Asset Allocation section. ![](https://service.asora.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-13-2023-02-39-34-1303-PM.png) This field can also be used in the Assets & Liabilities statement in Wealth \> Net Worth tab to group assets. ![](https://service.asora.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-13-2023-02-41-37-6251-PM.png)   Since this field is fully customisable, you can choose the wealth type for your accounts based on your preferences. The video below shows how the wealth type of an account can be edited.
