How to connect a bank account on Mobile?

  • We use two providers to connect bank accounts to Asora - Saltedge and Plaid. Between these, they cover most banks across Europe, North America and globally. 
  • Much like when connecting bank accounts on the platform, you need to go to Accounts and check which bank accounts need to be connected (notified with Connect and marked in red). Clicking on Connect will let you choose between Saltedge and Plaid.
  • Once a provider is chosen, you will be redirected to the provider's page to enter your bank details and connect the chosen account.
  • Once connected, it will appear marked Active in green.

The following screenshots provide a step-by-step overview of the bank connection process within the Asora mobile app -

  1. Start on the Home screen and tap More.

  2. Go to Accounts.

  3. Find the account you’d like to link and tap Connect.

  4. Pick Saltedge or Plaid to proceed with the connection process via your bank's portal.
